It really feels like summer to me now that I'm back home from school. I don't know how I'll ever know when it's summer if I no longer have to leave school at the end of the year. That's a joke haha. It is strange to be back home. Not bad strange, but more what-am-I-supposed-to-do-with-myself strange. Not having to go to class or meetings actually makes me less productive and organized. What a conundrum. My days of nothingness won't last for too much longer though!

This is one of my favorite summer outfits. It always reminds me of France since I obtained most of the pieces there. You've probably noticed that I never wear shorts, unless I'm wearing tights underneath them. Yes I know I'm weird and that's it hot. But I honestly just love the look. I find that colorful tights just add a lot more fun to an outfit! Maybe one day I'll actually get used to wearing shorts on their own...we'll see.

This skirt makes it impossible to feel down when you're wearing it. I love the colors and shape of it, which makes me just want to twirl around wherever I go! And the pockets are actually super useful! I don't wear it nearly as much as I feel like I should. This is also the stock way I wear it every time. I'm still brainstorming ways to pair it with other pieces.

The end of the school year is always hectic for me. While I'm super excited to be done with all of my classes, there's also a lot going on in the dorm with residents moving out all over the place. But then again, it's probably my own fault for wanting this job, ha!

These past few days have consisted of:

• Picking up some extra shifts at work, because I'm broke and trying to pay for a wedding
• Editing my resume, which I'm never fully satisfied with
• Trying to play through the second quest of the first Zelda game and failing miserably
• Cleaning and organizing for my sanity
• Folding countless origami flowers and ordering more paper so I can fold even more next week...
• Not packing

I really need to work on that last one, I just wanted to see if I could avoid it for one more day...

I'm back! Finally...

Hello all! I am back from my little hiatus! So sorry to be gone for so long! The end of the semester really got crazy and I needed to take some time to finish up some final projects. But now I have fully finished up my semester and am back and hope to get on track again with blogging again :)

These past few weeks I've been trying to break in the heels I"ll be wearing for the wedding. This post has some tips on breaking in a new pair of heels that I thought were useful!
